What Is Pressure Imaging?

Pressure imaging (also called pressure mapping) measures how your body weight presses into a mattress so we can see where support and pressure points occur. This helps us design mattresses that reduce pressure on your shoulders, hips, and back, leading to more comfortable sleep and less soreness after long drives.

Why This Matters for Truck Drivers

Long hours behind the wheel take a toll on your body. The right mattress helps your body recover.
Pressure imaging helps ensure the mattress:

● Reduces pressure on sore, high-impact areas
● Promotes better circulation while you sleep
● Helps minimize tossing and turning
● Supports deeper, more restorative rest between drives
● Helps you wake up less stiff and more ready for the road

Technical Overview

Pressure imaging testing was conducted in a controlled environment at the North America Mattress Corp. manufacturing facility in Clackamas, Oregon using Tactilus® pressure imaging hardware and software, manufactured by Sensor Products Inc. of Madison, New Jersey, USA.

Data was collected across key body regions using multiple test subjects with different body types, with minimum, average, and maximum pressure values recorded.

All pressure readings are reported in mmHg (millimeters of mercury), a standard unit of measurement used to evaluate pressure levels.

Important Note: Individual results may vary based on body type, weight, and sleeping position
