COVER OPTIONS:
Nylon Cover that is fluid resistant, non-allergenic, flame retardant, anti-static, crack resistant and phthalate free! Cover is also BACTERIA RESISTANT: Ultra-Fresh* antimicrobial / anti-fungal system is EPA registered and is certified to contain no heavy metal or arsenicals, effective for the life of the fabric.
Premium Fabric Cover is a breathable polyester blend fabric. Washable, with zipper. Great option for owner-operators who want economy with added comfort.
FOAM: All foam is CertiPUR-US®certified which means: Made without ozone depleting chemicals; PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants; mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. Made without formaldehyde, or phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Clean with lukewarm water and gentle soap then rinse. Thoroughly air dry before use to avoid fabric damage.

We ship our handmade mattresses throughout the United States using our reliable shipping method (FedEx ground), with a tracking option available. Orders typically leave the warehouse within 5 business days. When placing your order, delivery rates are estimated based upon size and quantity ordered. Shipping charges are determined by the size of box needed, the weight, as well as the distance being shipped. Trying to save our customers money, some products must be shipped in an over sized box in place of shipping multiple boxes, or reduced in size for better shipping. Discounted shipping is offered with orders placed in large quantities. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping, duty and tax charges. Warranty
12 Month Warranty:
North America Mattress Corporation (NAM)/Truck Mattress.com takes pride in every mattress for trucks we manufacture and warrants the original purchaser that its products should be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) months after date of delivery. North America Mattress Corporation’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for any products found to be defective which is in sole discretion of North America Mattress Corporation.
If requested by North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com, products or components for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned with a prepaid package to North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com’s factory. Any improper use, alteration or repairs to any of the products will adversely void this warranty. No employee’s or representatives of North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com are authorized to change this warranty in any way.
This statement constitutes North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com’s entire warranty with the respect to the aforesaid equipment. NORTH AMERICA MATTRESS CORPORATION/TRUCK MATTRESS.COM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL NORTH AMERICA MATTRESS CORPORATION BE LIABLE HEREUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO SALES OR USE IF ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT.
Return Authorization:
Merchandise cannot be returned without approval from the North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com Service Department. An authorization number will be provided which must be printed on the returned merchandise. North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com reserves the right to charge shipping and restocking fees on returned items.
Damaged Merchandise:
ICC Regulations require that claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS UNLESS SUCH DAMAGES ARE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. Upon prompt notification, North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com will file a freight claim with the appropriate carrier for damages incurred. Claims will be limited in amount to actual replacement cost. In the event that this information is not received by North America Mattress Corporation/Truck Mattress.com within the fifteen (15) day period following the delivery of the merchandise, or the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt, the customer will be responsible for payment of the original invoice in full.
Claims for any short shipment must be made within thirty (30) days of invoice.

Remove from box within 14 days of delivery to ensure product integrity and validate the warranty.
Step 1
Unbox your product within 14 days of receiving it to maintain its integrity and warranty.
Step 2
Safely cut the outer plastic bag, being cautious not to damage the mattress. Avoid using sharp objects. Dispose of the outer bag.
Step 3
Unroll the compressed mattress on your bed frame, platform, or any flat surface.
Step 4
Carefully cut along the edges of the inner plastic bag and watch the mattress begin to decompress. Remove the plastic covering.
Step 5
Allow 24-48 hours for your mattress to fully expand to its original shape and size.
